Robert Rodriguez Shares The Book of Boba Fett Update

We're only a few months away from the premiere of The Book of Boba Fett and fans are undoubtedly eager to find some news about the upcoming Star Wars series. Luckily, Robert Rodriguez has shared an update on the Mandalorian spin-off show and even hyped up its highly-anticipated release.

The Book of Boba Fett was only announced in December last year but the new Star Wars show is already expected to air on Disney+ by December this year. So far, there haven't been a lot of updates on the series other than reports of possible characters who will appear in the project. This led to speculations that the series might not have concluded production and could be delayed to 2022.

Luckily, Rodriguez is more than happy to talk about The Book of Boba Fett. The executive producer recently spoke to Collider where he confirmed that there will be no delay in the show's premiere.

"[I] can't say anything about it at all right now, but it's coming out in December… Wait until you see what's coming," Rodriguez said. He then hyped up how the series is going to affect viewers this year.

"It's going to blow your mind. That's all I can say. I can talk it up all I want because I know it over-delivers," Rodriguez continued. "It way over-delivers. People are going to be so pumped when they see it."

It's great to know that Rodriguez believes in his upcoming Star Wars show and we have high hopes of The Book of Boba Fett as well. With Rodriguez in charge, we're expecting every episode to be like the one he directed in The Mandalorian Season 2.

The Book of Boba Fett will bring back Temuera Morrison as the titular character and Ming-Na Wen as Fennec Shand. Although the series has not yet been given an official release date, it is expected to premiere on Disney+ in December 2021.
