Ray Fisher Reveals Reason Why He Has Not Been Sued Over Justice League Accusations

Ray Fisher has been relentless in his mission to expose some entertainment executives, which was to the Justice League reshoots incident. His first focus was on Joss Whedon before he pivoted to some Warner Bros executives whom he referred to as enablers of Whedon's alleged abusive and unprofessional behavior on set.

One thing that is quite baffling regarding the issue is despite the backlash, it seems like suing Fisher may not be on the table at the moment. For this reason, Fisher offered up an explanation why Whedon, Toby Emmerich, Jon Berg, Geoff Johns, or DC Films President Walter Hamada have not sued him for his accusations. The other executives mentioned were the ones the actor claimed to have enabled Whedon, which led to a toxic work environment on the set of Justice League.

Fisher shared the reasoning through a tweet. The Cyborg actor said that it was because those executives know that he is telling the truth. He added the ‘A>E' in his tweet, which stands for accountability over entertainment.

For the uninitiated. Fisher first accused Joss Whedon of his on-set behavior and treatment of the Justice League cast and crew. He said that Whedon was gross, abusive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in July 2020.

A bit later after the incident, Fisher also called out Berg, Johns, and Emmerich for enabling Whedon's on-set behavior. WarnerMedia launched an investigation which led to some ‘remedial actions taken.

Fisher, later on, said that Hamada should apologize to the participants of the Justice League investigation and his on-set experience in the 2017's Justice League reshoots. He added that Hamada was the worst kind of ‘enabler.
That said, Zack Snyder's Justice League is arriving on HBO Max on March 18, 2021.
