Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have nothing but kind words to say for Queen Elizabeth. However, the royal couple is reportedly at odds with the other members of the royal family, and the palace aides are extending an olive branch to the Sussexes because they allegedly feared the royals, who are currently based in California.

Queen Elizabeth Burying The Bullying Investigation Against Meghan Markle Reportedly Has A Purpose

The Queen paid an independent firm to investigate the allegations that Prince Harry's wife bullied palace staff. However, after the report was completed, the palace decided to keep the details private.

Royal expert Duncan Larcombe believed that the move was to keep peace with the Sussexes or at least not worsen the reported rift between them and the royal family.

"For [Jason Knauf, the Sussexes’ former communications chief] to take that risk of reporting to Prince William concerns he had about his staff and the treatment of them at the hands of one of the members of the Royal Family - within the Queen’s reign this is absolutely unprecedented," Larcombe said on True Royalty TV's The Royal Beat, The Sun reported.

The expert speculated that the members of the firm no longer want to worsen the feud for fear that the Sussexes will conduct another interview, play victims and target them. So, to keep peace with the Sussexes, they won't release the report that might not be good for Markle and others involved.

"I think the reason they are not publishing any of this is that the Palace is running scared of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex," he continued. "I think they know that if they publish the report, the next thing that will happen potentially is for Harry and Meghan to play the victim and go on Oprah. This is an olive branch or an avoidance of war."

The royal family may have reason to be concerned because Prince Harry's "wholly truthful" memoir is coming out later this year, and it will contain many private information that might involve the royals.

Queen Elizabeth Safe In Prince Harry's Memoir, But Other Royals Should Be Nervous

Prince Harry's upcoming memoir will soon hit the bookshelves. The anticipated tome has no official title yet but will be published by Penguin Random House.

An anonymous source told Page Six that Prince Harry's memoir will be "juicy." It is expected to include fresh and explosive revelations.

However, while the Sussex fans are excited, another insider warned the royals.

“There’s a lot of new stories in there about the past that Harry has not spoken about before, about his childhood … there is some content in there that should make his family nervous," the tipster said.

While Prince Harry may or may not target a family member, the outlet noted that Queen Elizabeth is safe. The Duke of Sussex has reportedly gone out of his way not to include any statement that would be disrespectful to his grandmother.

Prince Harry's memoir is expected to arrive in September or fall of 2022.
