Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had already received an invitation to King Charles' coronation. However, they haven't confirmed their attendance yet. A new report claimed their kids were not invited, but they wanted Archie and Lilibet present at the event.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Want To Take Kids At King Charles' Coronation?

King Charles invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to his coronation. However, he didn't extend the same invitation to his grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, Express reported.

Piers Morgan spoke with Fox News and shared his thoughts about the reports that the Sussexes' kids were not invited to King Charles' coronation.

He said:

"I think we're all, probably like you, getting a little bit tired of the Meghan and Harry rodeo which seems to try and make everything the royals do about them."

He added:

"Let's be clear, Archie is three years old, Lilibet is one. They're way too young - in my estimation, having four kids - to be stuck in an abbey watching a Coronation bang on for hours on end. I think it would be ridiculous for them to be there."

Morgan claimed Prince Harry and Markle wanted to attend the event to "make money off the back of it."

He alleged that Prince Harry and Markle wanted to be there with their kids for royal rivalry.

He claimed:

"What we know about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex is that they will always want to have as much time around the real royals - the A-listers - as they can get so they can make money off the back of it. We've seen that with the Netflix documentary, the book and so on. So I suspect Meghan and Harry will want their kids their simply because it shows their own expanded, titled royal rival family."

Meghan Markle Allegedly Felt Palace Only Wanted To Invite Prince Harry For The Coronation?

It's not a secret that King Charles has always wanted Prince Harry to attend his coronation despite the ongoing family drama. However, before the Sussexes received an invite, there were speculations that Markle allegedly felt "excluded" because she felt that the palace was only going after Prince Harry.

Kinsey Schofield, the host of the To Di For Daily podcast, addressed the rumors when she appeared on GB News. Here's what she said:

"That's right. You know, reports are that Meghan is feeling like the palace is really only trying to persuade Harry to come and that Meghan is not a priority. And that makes her very unhappy."

She added:

"She believes they are a unit and that it should be both of them that are wanted and the palace should be eager to have them both come. But allegedly, the palace really is only trying to persuade Harry that's their goal. Whether that's true or whether it's just deemed as a slight, which seems to be something that happens often with the Sussexes — they interpret something differently than we would — that's up in the air. But the allegations are that Meghan is feeling excluded because, you know, she wants to be welcome too."

King Charles and his wife, Queen Camilla, will be crowned on May 6.
