Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were allegedly upset, so they took their revenge on King Charles, according to a report. A royal expert claimed that there were two things that the Sussexes were not happy about, so they announced their kids' royal titles, probably to annoy His Majesty.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Were Reportedly Upset

Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their kids Archie and Lilibet's royal titles. Their rep called their daughter "Princess Lilibet" when they confirmed her christening.

Daily Mail's Diary Editor Richard Eden questioned the timing of the announcement and said that it was an act of revenge against King Charles because Prince Harry and Markle were upset about two things.

Eden said (via Express):

"It does strike me as revenge by Harry and Meghan. What we've seen is two big developments over the past week."

He continued:

"Last week it emerged that they're being evicted from their only British home, which they described as their forever home at Frogmore Cottage. Then we also learnt that Camilla's grandchildren were going to have roles at the Coronation. Both things I think will have upset Harry and Meghan. They'll be thinking, 'What can we do to have our revenge?' and that's making sure that their children can have these two titles."

The royal family's website was already updated to reflect Archie and Lilibet's new titles. They are now called Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. They were previously listed as Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor and Miss Lilibet Mountbatten-Windsor.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Called Hypocrites Over Children's Royal Titles

Piers Morgan, who has been among the critics of the Sussexes, reacted after they announced Archie and Lilibet's royal titles. According to the British journalist, the royal couple was hypocrites for announcing their kids' royal titles after they attacked the institution.

He wrote on Twitter:

"Imagine spending years trashing the royals as a bunch of cruel privileged racists trapped in a terrible prison of an institution — and then demanding to call your daughter 'Princess'? Even by Meghan & Harry standards, just laughable hypocrisy."

Morgan's tweet received mixed responses from the netizens. Some agreed with him, while others argued.

One wrote:

"They became Prince and princess when their grandfather became king. That's just the way it works. Always has. Nothing new and really not news let alone something to criticise them about."

Another added:

"Appears they want the titles and perks but didn't want to do the job and work for them."
