Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven't addressed their attendance at King Charles' coronation. One royal expert claimed they would likely skip the event because the royals are not giving in to their demands.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle's Demands Snubbed?

Prince Harry's biographer, Angela Levin, author of Harry: A Biography of a Prince, spoke with Sky News Australia about their potential appearance at His Majesty's big day. In her opinion, they might skip the occasion.

She said, per Express.

"They have made demands about standing on the balcony. On the one hand they've said they want such an intimate family moment - believe that and you'll believe anything - and on the other hand, they demand that they are on there with their children, and also that they want an apology first."

She speculated that the unfulfilled demands may have left the royal couple based in California "absolutely furious."

The royal commentator and expert added:

"So none of that has worked. The authority and the kindness from them, nobody is interested in. So they won't be there. I expect they are absolutely furious."

What Did Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Say About Their Attendance At King Charles' Coronation?

In March, Prince Harry and Markle confirmed they had received an official invite to King Charles' coronation via email. However, at the time, they didn't immediately disclose if they would attend the event.

The Sussexes' spokesperson told The Sunday Times:

"I can confirm The Duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty's office regarding the coronation. An immediate decision on whether The Duke and Duchess will attend will not be disclosed by us at this time."

After a month following the announcement, the Sussexes still haven't made up their mind whether they will attend the coronation or not.

Last week, their rep told BBC that "there was no update" on whether they will fly to the United Kingdom on May 6 to witness his father's coronation.

Prince Harry and Markle's eldest son, Archie, will celebrate his 4th birthday on the same day. So, they might opt to stay in California.
