Prince Harry and Meghan Markle moved to the United States over a year ago after they decided to quit their royal duties in the United Kingdom. When they first moved overseas, there were reports claiming that their neighbors and celebrity friends welcomed them with open arms.

But according to New Idea, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s relationship with their A-list friends like Barack Obama, Michelle, George Clooney, and Amal Clooney changed in recent months. Now, there are whispers that Hollywood turned its back on the Sussexes.
“In London, Harry only needed to click his fingers and people would line up to invite him to their upscale bashes. But that’s just not happened for him and Meghan and that’s a real kick in the teeth,” the source said.
In fact, the source alleged that the Obamas and the Clooneys, as well as several other high-profile individuals in Hollywood, have ditched Prince Harry and Markle.
“The big A-listers are seeing the Sussexes as reality TV-type fodder now,” the source said.

Even Reese Witherspoon allegedly put her friendship with Kate Middleton over her interview with Markle. The Duchess of Sussex also allegedly failed to get on Lucy Liu’s good side after labelling the actress a dragon lady in Kill Bill.
Mariah Carey is also allegedly reeling after Markle refused to accept her explanation of what the word diva means. And even though David Beckham is friends with Prince Harry, the athlete jetted to Boston to show his support for Prince William and Kate Middleton at the Earthshot Prize awards.
And then there are also reports claiming that Ryan Reynolds is looking forward to meeting King Charles, who will appear in the reality TV show Welcome to Wrexham.
According to the magazine’s source, the change of heart among these Hollywood celebrities has got Prince Harry rattled.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Frozen Out Of Hollywood?
In September, royal commentator Kara Kennedy claimed that Prince Harry and Markle were slowly being frozen out of Hollywood.
“They are not our royals. We don’t have any allegiance to them. We don’t have any reverence for them. We will not curtsy in front of them. To us, they are just celebrities. That’s the problem with mixing monarchy with celebrity: the two worlds overlap — but they are not the same. Meghan and Harry claim to have one foot in both. Increasingly, they aren’t welcome in either,” she said (via Express).
And in October last year, Prince Harry and Markle also sparked rumors about the Obamas after the latter did not invite the Sussexes to Barack’s birthday party.
But according to reports, the Obamas decided to limit the number of guests at the celebration due to COVID-19.
And royal correspondent Angela Levin told The Sun that Prince Harry and Markle were not even on the original list of invitees to begin with.
