Prince Harry is reportedly now planning to drop his memoir after Queen Elizabeth passed away. British journalist and royal author Tom Bower claimed that Meghan Markle's husband already has a date set in mind.

Prince Harry Reportedly Planning To Publish His Memoir In November

Bower, who wrote several royal books, including Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsors, spoke with Dan Wootton for GB News. During their conversations, they talked about Prince Harry and his upcoming memoir. He also weighed in on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's relationship with the Prince and Princess of Wales.

"In the end, it's down to whether Harry and Meghan to apologize to Kate and William," Bower said. "My suspicion is I'm convinced, they won't apologize. Even worse, I'm told tonight that Harry is insisting that his book is published in November."

Wootton was surprised and reacted, saying, "you're kidding." The investigative journalist doubled down on his claim.

"Absolutely astonishing. He's insisting," Bower said. "Apparently, the publishers are not too certain but he says if they don't publish it's a breach of contract, that's what I'm told and it's extraordinary because I think that's pretty on, if it fits the bill, because Harry and Meghan's finances depend entirely on the book and on Netflix."

He added that the Sussexes were convinced they were right and wanted to get their own back, which he believed was part of the problem.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Initially Didn't Plan To Meet Any Member Of The Royal Family

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been in the United Kingdom since last week. They had some engagements but initially had no plans to meet the Queen, Prince Charles, Prince William or Kate Middleton, according to sources.

Prince Harry and Markle received a frosty reception during the Platinum Jubilee celebration and were reportedly staying in a "friendly territory" this time by only meeting the charities they have been working with for years.

"I do think that Harry and Meghan have very carefully chosen the organizations that they are going to be interacting with," royal commentator Victoria Arbiter told Sunrise. "They've made sure to stay on friendly territory, and I think with those organizations, in particular, they'll be a warm welcome."

Arbiter added that the Sussexes' relationship with the royals is "still a little frosty." She even pointed out how Prince Harry and Markle left even before the Platinum Jubilee celebration wrapped up.

"You may remember at the Platinum Jubilee, they skipped out of town before the Jubilee celebrations had even finished. London was still cheering and waving the Queen on and Harry and Meghan were on a plane to Los Angeles, so I think there are probably still trust issues given, we still don't know when Harry's memoir is going to be coming out and of course, the recent comments from the duchess in her interview for The Cut," Arbiter said.
