Former Playboy Playmate Bridget Marquardt got candid about her first night at the Playboy Mansion. According to her, she was only supposed to watch Hugh Hefner with the other girls but ended up joining them.
Former Playboy Playmate Bridget Marquardt Felt Pressured To Join Hugh Hefner, Other Playmates On Her First Night
Marquardt joined comedian Heather McDonald's "Juicy Scoop" podcast Tuesday. During her guesting, she shared that the late editor-in-chief asked her out when she started attending parties at the mansion. However, she initially turned him down.
She admitted that she heard a lot of stories, and she only "wanted to be a Playmate" that was why she was there. She found Hefner "very gracious and nice."
She eventually decided to join the other Playmates at the mansion when "nothing had moved" in her life after some more time in Los Angeles. She thought that there was nothing to lose, so she took his offer.
"I was thinking I could get out of this a little while. The first night I was like, 'I'm not ready yet, I'm not going to do anything I don't want to do,'" she recalled as quoted by Too Fab. "It's not like I never would have done that with him, but I wasn't ready in the moment."
However, there were reportedly three girls who "put pressure on you." She was told that if she would not join them, she would "never be invited back," so she decided to join the group of women in Hefner's bedroom.
"I was still just gonna watch and then [one of the women] was like, 'Aren't you gonna go?' It's like, 'You need to go.' And I was like, 'I would rather not.' And she's like, 'Well, then you probably won't be invited back,'" she recalled. "So then I was like, 'Okay.' And I'd seen what everybody else was doing, so I knew that this was like a 10 second thing. I mean, definitely no more than a minute."

Bridget Marquardt admitted that her first night and first experience with Hugh Hefner enabled her to make a strategy. According to her, she made it her mission to be the first woman that Hefner would have sex with on a given evening "because there was no way I wanted going after other people."
She added, "If there's new girls coming up, which there often were, like, I just wanted to be first and be done. And I felt like that was the cleanest way to be in and out of it."
Holly Madison also appeared on the podcast and agreed with Marquardt. According to her, all the Playmates were "trying to get it done as quickly as possible."
