Perfect Marriage Revenge is a Kdrama that follows the story of Han Yi-joo (played by Jung Yoo-min) with an unfortunate fate. Although she was adopted by a rich family, she lost her adoptive mother at a young age.

Her adoptive father, Han Jin-woong (played by Jeon No-min), did not waste any time and remarried Lee Jung-hye (played by Lee Min-young). Jung-hye has a daughter from a previous relationship.

Even though she came first, Jin-woong loved her stepsister, Han Yoo-ra (played by Jin Ji-hee).

Eventually, she marries Seo Jong-wook (played by Kang Shin-hyo) who treats her like a credit card, along with his mother.

One day, she discovers that her husband has confessed his love for her stepsister and plans to divorce her. Devastated with what she learns, Yi-joo throws herself into an oncoming vehicle and dies.

When she wakes up, she learns that she has traveled back in time to when she was about to fit on a wedding gown. She breaks off her engagement and approaches Seo Do-guk (played by Sung Hoon) with a contract marriage proposal. He accepts her proposal but wishes it would be real. She chose Do-guk because Yoo-ra wants to marry Do-guk.

With this new chance, she takes back everything that was rightfully hers from the start.
