An important and iconic piece of Batman Returns paraphernalia allegedly used in the 1992 Tim Burton film is being sold on Facebook right now for a considerably cheap price. The object in question is Penguin's huge duck vehicle, commonly referred to by fans as the Duckmobile which is being sold for $16,000 on the Marketplace. Quite a steal, don't you think?

According to the seller and current owner David Stey, the film vehicle is one of the seven Duckmobiles actually used in the film. It's a surprising bit of information to learn that Warner Bros. had to use seven of them considering they only appeared quite a few times in the 1992 film. Photos of the vehicle are posted in his Marketplace ad but the only downside is, he doesn't have any certification proving the item's authenticity so purchase at your own risk, of course. Still, it's an awesome piece to add to your Batman collection.

Danny DeVito's brilliant and legendary performance in Batman Returns is still widely regarded to this day as the best live-action interpretation of the character, despite Burton giving Oswald Cobblepot a much darker and unusual origin story. New Penguin actor Colin Farrell has some major shoes to fill for sure but judging by the dramatic physical transformation he's undergone in The Batman, it looks like DeVito's streak could finally come to an end. Of course, we still need to see his performance first before we give our verdict. Let's wait and see.

Speaking of, The Batman has been pushed back to 2022.
