Peaky Blinders Season 6 will premiere in the U.K. this month, marking the final season of the popular show.

When we last saw Tommy and the rest of the Shelby gang, they were at their lowest moment, with the gang's leader on the edge of suicide after being tortured by pictures of his late wife, Grace. After a failed assassination attempt on the life of fascist leader Oswald Moseley by an unknown force, numerous beloved figures were killed in an unexpected ambush.

While we know Tommy survived the cliffhanger finale, we don't know how — whether he was stopped or simply couldn't bring himself to fire the trigger.

However, as World War II approaches, the family's situation is set to become much more problematic in the final episodes. Not least because, with the death of famous actress Helen McCrory, they would be without their matriarch and moral compass in Polly.

Peaky Blinders Season 6 Premiere Date

The Peaky Blinders Twitter account has posted a new video that reveals the show's final season will premiere on Feb. 27. The video follows a few construction workers spray-painting an impressive portrait of Murphy's Tommy Shelby on the side of Birmingham's Digbeth Court building, along with the title of the series and the premiere date, with the caption "The Shelbys are back in business."

Peaky Blinders Season 6 will air on BBC One and the BBC's streaming service, iPlayer, according to the artwork.

Peaky Blinders Season 6 Plot

It picks up directly [where it left off], so the very first image you will see will be back in that field… Tommy, with a gun to his head,” director Anthony Byrne told Digital Spy. ‘Then, we will move on from there, we resolve that amazing moment… it's great."

Tommy is now the British Union of Fascists' Deputy Leader, alongside Oswald Mosley, the party's leader. He launches a botched assassination attempt on Oswald, but he is betrayed.

The big question is: who leaked the information? Michael? Billy Grade? Johnny Dogs, perhaps?

Meanwhile, no news on when Peaky Blinders Season 6 will be available on Netflix in the U.S., but the above-mentioned announcement suggests that fans won't have to wait long to catch up with the Shelby family.
