While Akane may have taken the spotlight in the last three episodes, Oshi no Ko Episode 9 highlighted Kana Arima as she got a gorgeous music video at the end of the episode.

And if that isn’t enough, Kana also got another more comedic MV showing her as a kid in a bell pepper-themed music video.

The focus of the latest Oshi no Ko episode is the reformed B-Komachi.

Specifically, the episode started with Mem-cho revealing that she’s not really 18 years old. Though this wasn’t an issue with the other group members.

Soon, the three began practicing for their eventual debut. But they soon ran into the issue of who would take the important center role. While Ruby and Mem-cho both wanted it, their vocal skills were lacking.

It was then revealed that Kana is a great singer. And while the anime didn’t explicitly say that Kana is going to be the center, a new visual for the show pretty much confirmed this.

What’s funny is that Kana claimed that her singing skills are not up to par, as shown in the bell pepper music video she did as a kid.

Though Ruby and Mem-cho soon discovered that Kana released some songs previously, and while they didn’t become popular, they showed off Kana’s impressive vocal skills.

While the episode only showed a short clip of the bell pepper music video, the official Oshi no Ko YouTube channel released a full version that’s performed by Kana VA Megumi Han.

This comedic video is already a nice treat for Kana fans, but the staff members at Doga Kobo went above and beyond with the next music video, which was shown near the end of the episode.

The music video is for the song Full Moon! and it’s also performed by Megumi Han. Check out the video here:

It may be a short music video, but it no doubt has beautiful visuals. Plus, the song is also quite good, so fans can’t wait to hear more of Kana’s singing.

Oshi no Ko will continue with Episode 10, which will be released next week on HIDIVE in the US.
