New Wonder Woman 1984 Poster Highlights Diana's Gold Armor

There are a few more months to go before the premiere of Wonder Woman 1984 and we finally have a new poster from the highly-anticipated DC Extended Universe flick. The new image offers a better look at Diana Prince's awesome gold armor and it is truly stunning.

The moving poster was shared on the official Wonder Woman Twitter account. Check it out below.

It's an amazing poster that somehow shows up what the armor will look like in motion. Although we've already seen it in the first trailer for Wonder Woman 1984, the new image shows a different side of the armor. Needless to say, we can't wait to see Gal Gadot in action in the new costume.

Fans were already excited about the gold armor considering that it's a clear reference to Kingdom Come Wonder Woman. For now, it's unclear why Diana will be wearing the new armor in 1984 but we're hoping to find out soon.

The synosis for Wonder Woman 1984 reads as follows:

"In 1984, Diana Prince comes into conflict with two formidable foes: Maxwell Lord and the Cheetah, while reuniting with her past love Steve Trevor."

Wonder Woman 1984 is directed by Patty Jenkins and will also star Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, Kristen Wiig as Barbara Minerva aka Cheetah, and Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord. Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen are expected to appear in the film as Antiope and Hippolyta, respectively. The film is scheduled for release on June 5.
