New Promo Image for the Animated Harley Quinn Series

Though DC may be stumbling when it comes to films, they have been knocking it out of the park when it comes to series. Swamp-Thing is getting a lot of good buzz, and we have a new promo image for the upcoming Harley Quinn animated series.

Check it out:

This is just my own observation, but it looks like Harley is DC's solution to Deadpool. Besides being loudmouthed and crazy, this Harley is also seen breaking the fourth wall, and it looks like it's going to be something she does for the entirety of the show.

For the series, the lead role of Harley is being taken over by The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco, and I have to say, she does some great voiceover work. The show will also have Alan Tudyk as the Joker, Lake Bell as Poison Ivy, and Diedrich Bader as Batman. Other guest voices in the series will also include Ron Funches, J.B. Smoove, Wanda Sykes, Giancarlo Esposito, Jim Rash, and Tony Hale.

We don't have any other preview save for the one teaser, but with a fall release, we could be getting something new soon. My guess is we're going to get our full trailer during SDCC 2019 in July. Then again, I wouldn't be opposed to something coming out in June either.

The Harley Quinn series is set to debut on DC Universe this coming fall.
