New Poltergeist Clip Is Clown Nightmare Fuel

Why does it have to be clowns? 20th Century Fox released a new clip from the  upcoming Poltergeist remake. The new movie takes the 1982 Poltergeist classic and updates it for modern audiences. Arguably one of the most memorable and terror inducing scenes was when young boy Robbie Freeling (then played by Oliver Robins) is attacked by his toy clown. Honestly, what kind of parents gives their kids toy clowns? Might as well start a fund for his therapy sessions already. Check out the new clip from the upcoming Poultergiest. The new Poultergeist is produced by Sam Raimi (The Grudge) and directed by Gil Kenan (Monster House). The film hits theaters this May 22.
