It's been a long wait for the seventh and penultimate season of Game of Thrones but Winter will finally arrive in Westeros once the series returns this July. We haven't seen much footage from the next season so far but EW has released some new images featuring familiar characters, including Daenerys (and her enormous dragon!), Jon Snow, Brienne of Tarth, Tormund, Littlefinger, Sansa, and Arya Stark. It looks like Daenerys will be riding Drogon once again as she enters a new epic battle.

The 7-episode Game of Thrones Season 7 is set to premiere on July 16, 2017.
