New Doctor Who Season 14 images drop, making fans more excited with their Regency-era costumes giving major Bridgerton vibes.
Ncuti Gatwa will be playing the Fifteenth Doctor in the upcoming Doctor Who Season 14. Fans will witness his transformation in the Doctor Who 60th anniversary, which will see David Tennant’s return as the Fourteenth Doctor.
Jonathan Groff’s Official Doctor Who Season 14 Image
The Hamilton and Frozen star Jonathan Groff joined the show’s 14th season, though his role remains unknown.
After the announcement of his addition to the show, the franchise dropped two photographs of him with the lead stars Gatwa and Millie Gibson, who will play the Fourteenth Doctor’s companion Ruby Sunday.
The three donned Regency-era costumes in the snaps while standing on a staircase of a well-decorated home.

Following the images’ release, fans have different feelings about the snaps. They can’t help but compare Gatwa, Groff, and Gibson’s costumes to that of the stars of Bridgerton are wearing.
“Dress to impress, and beware the Duchess,” one fan said.
Another even noticed the coat Gatwa is wearing, making the awaiting viewers more excited.

“Oh my god Ncuti is wearing my favorite Capaldi coat, this is going to be the best era ever,” the fan stated.
Other Doctor Who Season 14 Characters
Fans are about to see new and familiar faces in Doctor Who Season 14.
One of them is the Drag Race star Jinkx Monsoon, who will play the role of the “most powerful enemy” the Fourteenth Doctor will face.
Next is Groff, who will play a major but mysterious role. Based on the new season’s images, he may be part of a historical episode.
In addition, Anita Dobson and Michelle Greenridge join the show. But just like Groff, the roles they play remain a big mystery.
