The New Trailer for Barbie Has Been Released
Today, Warner Bros. has released the new trailer for Barbie which offers us another look at Robbie's take on the iconic doll and an extensive peek at the colorful and visually dazzling Barbie Land.
This time around, the new preview reveals the main premise of the film as it showed that Barbie is having an existential crisis that would lead her to the outside world alongside Ken, who joined her on the adventure.
They also showed a lot of scenes with Will Ferrell, who is playing the Mattel boss and potentially the antagonist as we see him being unenthusiastic about Barbie's presence in the real world.
It also looks like it will also be a fish-out-of-water story as Barbie and Ken are facing the oddities and difficulties of being in the real-life world, which is starkly different from their life in Barbie Land.

This trailer should hype up the audience, who has been looking forward to the film as it showed more details and footage about what we can expect from the iconic doll's long-awaited big-screen adaptation.
It also gives an impression that Gosling's Ken will be the scene stealer of the movie as teased by his comedic scenes. There have been whispers around that the test screening audience was enthusiastic about his performance and called it Oscar-worthy.

The film's synopsis reads: "To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken."
Besides the aforementioned actors, the massive cast also includes America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon, Issa Rae, Rhea Perlman, Michael Cera, Ariana Greenblatt, Emma Mackey, Hari Nef, Alexandra Shipp, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Simu Liu, Ncuti Gatwa, Dua Lipa, John Cena, and Helen Mirren.
Gerwig also co-wrote the screenplay with Noah Baumbach (Marriage Story). Dua Lipa will also be involved in the soundtrack that is produced by Mark Ronson.
