New Avengers: Endgame TV Spot Reveals The End Of Iron Man's Journey

Although the world is already looking forward to the premiere of Avengers: Endgame, fans also have some reasons for dreading what the film has in store for them. After all, there have been speculations that the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick will be the last one for the Big Three (Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor). Interestingly, a new TV spot is teasing the end of Iron Man's journey.

The promo was shared by the Marvel Studios Twitter account and claims that "part of the journey is the end." It features the evolution of Tony Stark as Iron Man and ends with Tony shaking Captain America's hand. Watch the video below.

The message certainly is ominous. "Every journey has an end," it says quite simply. Could this mean that Iron Man is retiring (a hopeful thought) or will be killed by Thanos (we're hoping they don't go there)? Either way, Endgame could be the last time we'll see Robert Downey Jr. as the beloved Marvel character.

There have been several reports indicating that Endgame is the last MCU film that Downey has agreed to work on. However, Tony's fate has yet to be revealed. We're hoping that the movie will give Iron Man a proper send-off that doesn't involve Tony getting killed.

The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:

"The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios' grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame."

Avengers: Endgame will hit theaters on April 26.
