New Ant-Man & The Wasp Featurette Focuses on Shrinking Cars & TV Spot That Introduces 'Antonio Banderas'

Marvel Studios

Marvel Studios has released a new featurette and TV spot for Ant-Man and The Wasp, and both videos show the fun side of the next Marvel film.

The featurette (shown above) focuses on the major car chase scene with shrinking cars. It looks like Luis (played by Michael Pena) will have a significant role in that scene, and it looks like it will be packed with a lot of exciting moments that make use of shrinking powers in creative ways.

The TV spot below, called "Flock", is a hilarious look at Ant-Man and his friend he calls "Antonio Banderas." This is the kind of humor you'd expect from an Ant-Man film, and it will probably have more of it.

Synopsis:

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink: "Ant-Man and The Wasp." In the aftermath of "Captain America: Civil War," Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from their past.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man & The Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, David Dastmalchian, Randall Park, Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hannah John-Kamen, and Michael Douglas, and it's set to release in theaters on July 6.
