Netflix Teases the Final Season of Jessica Jones

Netflix may have canceled all of their Marvel series from Daredevil to Punisher, but everyone's forgetting that we're still getting one last season of Jessica Jones. The show is set to premiere later this year, and we have a new poster teasing the final days of Alias Investigations.

Check it out:

While the first season of Jessica Jones was applauded for being an accurate depiction of sexual abuse, the second season was admittedly kind of a mess, what with the arcs with Trish as well as Jessica's mother. We don't really know what to expect with this final season, but I was kind of hoping that it actually sends off all of the Marvel Netflix shows, giving us final appearances from Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and maybe even the Punisher.

Heck, throw in Rosario Dawson's Claire Temple for one final appearance.

As for Marvel TV, Disney+ is set to have miniseries which actually star actors who have been in the films. We don't know if they're willing to explore darker and mature stories as Marvel Netflix did, but hopefully with Kevin Feige onboard, we can get something with more consistent quality as compared to the mixed bag that Marvel Netflix turned out to be in its final seasons.

No release date has been set for Jessica Jones 3, but we should expect it to premiere on Netflix later this year.
