This drawing reminds me of Ryuko Matoi from the anime Kill la Kill thanks to Majin Mina's skimpy outfit. As you can see above, her top is only covered by a barely-there fabric. Both characters are pink so it's easy to see the resemblance, and it shows that Mina can pull off a genderbent Majin Buu cosplay like a pro.
