Murder on the Orient Express: BTS Featurette Shows Off The Practical Effects

This November will see the release of Kenneth Branagh's Murder on the Orient Express, and the movie boasts a star-studded cast which includes the likes of Josh Gad, Michelle Pfeiffer, Willem Dafoe, and Dais Ridley. 20th Century Fox has released a new BTS Featurette for the movie, and it shows off some of the practical effects used for the film.

Check it out:

I'll admit, I haven't read the book at all, but I think the premise is something that almost everyone is familiar with. A group of strangers are trapped in a place, a murder occurs, and everyone in the room has to find the killer before he strikes again.

It's been parodied in countless TV shows already, and I bet you there're at least 10 board games which follow the same premise. Not to mention everyone has probably heard "The butler did it!" in one movie or another.

Here's the movie's official synopsis:

What starts out as a lavish train ride through Europe quickly unfolds into one of the most stylish, suspenseful and thrilling mysteries ever told. From the novel by bestselling author Agatha Christie, Murder on the Orient Express tells the tale of thirteen strangers stranded on a train, where everyone's a suspect. One man must race against time to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again.

Murder on the Orient Express comes out Nov. 10.
