Ms. Marvel is one of the big MCU shows coming to Disney+ and fans can't wait to see the iconic Inhuman make an impact. The character has been a fan-favorite ever since her inception so it'll be interesting to see how they handle her in live-action, especially since Captain Marvel has never been Ms. Marvel in the MCU. It looks like the show won't be coming out for a while or, if this audition video means anything, the show will help tease the MCU's future.
As fans can see below, the audition video has Kamala Khan talking to a certain "captain" about the New Avengers and the Terrigen Mist, which is how she got her powers. Considering how the most recent Marvel movies have begun discussing the future a bit, the fact that she has already seen these New Avengers could hint that a movie showcasing them will come out before this series.
Or, you know, this is an audition tape and they decided to pen a script in advance to see if the actresses do a good job.
No matter how you slice it, Ms. Marvel is going to be a big part of the MCU and that's a very good thing. She's doing pretty well in Marvel comics, recently getting her third relaunch and getting a symbiote-like costume. The character is also expected to play a huge role in Marvel's Avengers, where she's one of the protagonists and is playable in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.
Currently, no release date for Ms. Marvel on Disney+ has been announced.
