A total mind-blowing sequence is how many fans would describe Moon Knight with the sudden shift in Episode 4 regarding the similarities of the faces, places, and things in the previous runs of the show being mirrored into the mental institution facility and eagle-eyed viewers spotted that Harrow’s office might have already been secretly revealed in Episode 2.
Moon Knight Episode 4 has taken everyone into Marc’s change in environment when he wakes up in a psychiatric facility where all the characters, things, and places in the previous episodes appear as something different, leaving confusion not only to the fans and viewers of the show but also to the titular character himself because, really, how did he end up there?
One particular place that has been notable is the office of Arthur Harrow who turns out to be the psychiatric analyst in the facility. With pillars exposed, various relics displayed, and an arched brick structure on the side, all white and bright, there is one place similar to this one but darker and creepier, it is where Steven and Layla hid before the jackal in the commune of Harrow attacked them. In such a hiding place, the ancient relics are covered in white cloth, and the whole place is eerie and dark, Steven even said that he’d die there in an evil magician’s man cave. In Episode 4, the place seems like a man cave, too, only this time, it works as an office for Harrow.

The resemblance is eerily uncanny. This leaves the question of whether everything that happened in the previous episodes were just all in Marc’s mind, or if Marc is now on his way to the afterlife because he ended up there after Harrow buried two bullets to his chest and he seeming fell into a void, something like a limbo.
Moon Knight Episode 4 is now streaming on Disney Plus where it would be available on the service in the highest streaming quality, 4K. Episode 5 arrives at 3 AM EST on April 27, 2022.
