The officers urgently searched for people who disappeared under troubling circumstances. The first episode features a missing woman, who the investigators believe might be in danger. They reportedly found disturbing details that prompted them to question her son.

Another episode featured a 10-year-old missing girl and a missing man whose truck was found abandoned on the side of the road. In another episode, the investigators were concerned about a teenager they feared might have fallen prey to sex trafficking.

The series will present some familiar faces to those living in Richland County. For instance, it will feature investigator Vicki Rains.

The series is directed by Alex Irvine-Cox and executive produced by Graeme McAulay and Stuart Froude.
