Does Mia Tearmoon End Up With Ludwig?
No, Mia Tearmoon did not end up with Ludwig in Tearmoon Empire, despite their shared goal of rebuilding the waning empire.
Ludwig is Mia’s loyal retainer who works as a third-class tax officer in the Golden Moon Ministry that handles taxes.
He is a young civil official who fights to rebuild the empire by helping the royal family change their ways, Mia Luna included.
In the previous timeline, Ludwig did not abandon Mia when she was at rock bottom until the end. He also didn’t hate working with Mia to rebuild the empire, despite what happened.
For some reason, Ludwig’s name is not written in Mia’s ragged diary. The only thing written was Mia’s solid description of Ludwig as a treacherous, four-eyed guy who was sent from the capital and tossed out to the rural area.

Sion Sol Sunkland is the first prince of the Kingdom of Sunkland, a strong country that equals the Tearmoon Empire. He has charming looks and an overflowing sense of justice.

Prince Abel Remno is the second prince of the Remno Kingdom, which boasts excellent military power even though it's a middle-sized kingdom.
Unlike Sion, Abel is regrettably a smug and handsome playboy. If Abel were to choose between picking a handkerchief and talking to a girl, he would always choose the girl, much to Mia’s dismay.
Still, Mia, even before entering St. Noelle’s Academy, had decided to make Abel her love interest.
She believes it's easier to get a second prince or later marry into the empire because they have less right to the throne.
The Kingdom of Remno is also located across Sunkland, so if Mia can make Prince Abel fall for her, he can send reinforcements and do a pincer attack on Sunkland when they attack the Tearmoon Empire.
