Meghan Markle Questioned Why Erdem Prioritizes Kate Middleton Over Her?
The Duchess of Sussex and Princess of Wales are often pitted against each other because both dress well, are married to royal princes, and are close in age. However, there seemed to be a competition behind closed doors — at least for one of them.
There is a "clear resentment" when Erdem Moralıoğlu prioritizes the future queen's wardrobe over Markle's, Mirror reported. Prince Harry's wife reportedly adored the clothes from the British fashion brand, but it has been claimed that they prioritized Middleton, who was an existing customer, by giving her first dibs.
The American actress was reportedly upset after learning because she had also worn several dresses from the brand even before she joined The Firm.
The fact that new dresses were handed to Middleton first before Markle had reportedly gone down badly to the Suits actress. She was allegedly ticked off and questioned why Middleton was given priority, saying Kate "wasn't even Queen."
Prince Harry Claims Kate Middleton On Edge When Meghan Markle Joined The Firm
Prince Harry made several claims against his big brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, in his book Spare. The Duke of Sussex shared an awkward moment between Middleton and Markle.
According to him, there was a time when Markle forgot to bring her lip gloss, so she borrowed Middleton. However, the future queen was "taken aback." Prince William's wife reportedly pulled out a small tube reluctantly and handed it to Markle. Markle squeezed some onto her finger and applied it to her lips, and Middleton allegedly grimaced.
He also claimed that Middleton must have been "on edge" with Markle around because she was "going to be compared to, and forced to compete with, Meg."

However, royal expert and Prince Harry's biographer Angela Levin said the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were jealous of Middleton.
"I'm sure that Harry and Meghan are very jealous, particularly of Catherine, because she looks stunning in anything she wears. If you saw her last night in this green dress, and going along with feeling that it's looking after the planet, she had rented it," Levin said.
"She looks stunning in it, and you think, well done, whereas Meghan doesn't quite get it right. ... Dresses are not the important part of it, but I think Meghan's always got to win. Whatever she's doing, she's got to win."
