Meghan Markle Is More Confident On Her Own?
Body language and behavioral expert Darren Stanton analyzed Markle's solo interview with Variety last year. According to him, the Duchess of Sussex was very confident on her own. She said that the former Suits star was extremely comfortable being alone sans her husband, Prince Harry.
Stanton told Express about Markle:
"During the photoshoot segments, I noticed Meghan putting her hands on her hips. This is a classic power gesture that people in certain positions are taught, such as celebrities, politicians and CEOs. The theory is the more space we occupy as a human, the more powerful we will be perceived."
The expert noted that celebrities often adopt the move to show power. In his observation, Markle is more confident alone.
"I believe Meghan comes into her own when she is alone. She appears to have grown in confidence, especially during solo appearances with the media. I’m not saying she doesn’t exude confidence with Harry, but she seems more comfortable in her own skin when appearing by herself on screen."
The expert continued:
"She also appeared quite giddy at times. Perhaps she’s just enjoying the opportunity to show herself as an independent woman, as well as being part of a Hollywood power couple."
Prince Harry Used To Treat Meghan Markle Like A Puppet?
Body language expert Judi James analyzed one of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's appearances after they got engaged and months before their royal wedding. According to James, Prince Harry allegedly treated Markle like a puppet during their visit to Cardiff Castle in January 2018.
James said:
"It is shocking to see how dominant to the point of arrogant Harry’s body language rituals were with the woman who he was newly-engaged to, on their first official visit to Cardiff back in 2018. Harry decided to treat her like a puppet here, leading her, turning her, steering her and even grabbing her by the wrist with what looks like an air of impatience to get her to move along."
However, that changed after they got married. Sources said that it was Markle who wore the trousers in their marriage.
An anonymous tipster told People:
"She is definitely the one wearing the trousers in their relationship. She is a strong, opinionated woman who has her own ideas about things, and that’s one of the things he loves about her."
