CinemaCon 2023 has a lot to offer when it comes to announcements and for Paramount Pictures, aside from Rise of the Beasts, a star-studded voice cast joins force for Transformers: One with the MCU stars Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, and Brian Tyree Henry.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts may be the big focus of the franchise right now but they won't stop there as Paramount Pictures announces that Transformers: One is coming soon as an animated prequel.

Aside from the announcement of the movie, a star-studded voice cast has been revealed by Paramount Plus as well for Transformers: One.

The voice cast of Transformers: One is bannered by Chris Hemsworth who will be voicing the young Optimus Prime. The actor proudly reveals the same on Twitter.

Hemsworth is joined by co-MCU stars Scarlett Johansson who will be voicing Elita, and Brian Tyree Henry as Megatron.

The star-studded voice cast does not stop there as big names in the industry are also joining the crew for Transformers: One.

The Matrix's Laurence Fishburne will be voicing Alpha Trion, The Super Mario Bros. Movie's Keegan-Michael Key will be behind the scenes as Bumblebee, and Mad Men's Jon Hamm will be the voice of Sentinel Prime.

Transformers: One also has a stellar crew behind the scenes with Toy Story's Josh Cooley sitting at the director's chair.

The screenplay of Transformers: One will be penned by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari.

The producers of Transformers: One are Steven Spielberg, Brian Goldner, Brian Oliver, Bradley J. Fischer, Valerii An, Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Tom DeSanto, Don Murphy, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian and Aaron Dem.

It is yet to be revealed whether Transformers: One will be canon to the live-action movies but what is sure is that it is an animated prequeld.

As reported by Variety, Paramount Animation and Nickelodeon Animation President Ramsey Naito revealed, "I'm so excited and proud to be working with Hasbro and eOne to bring the first animated Transformers movie to theaters for a never-before-told story."

Naito added, "I'm honored to have such incredible talents come together to portray these well-known and much-loved characters in an origin story at the heart of the franchise."

Transformers: One is confirmed for a theatrical release on July 19, 2024
