The Flash's red carpet premiere was an eventful affair for sure, marking Ezra Miller's first public appearance since his personal controversies made headlines.

The actor's involvement is surely a no-brainer but considering previous reports claiming that the 30-year-old star will be kept away from press activities, his appearance at the DC flick's Los Angeles premiere comes as a huge shocker.

The event was also home to several moments, including a surprise appearance from a Marvel actress which caught a lot of fans off guard.

Xochitl Gomez, who made her MCU debut in 2022's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as America Chavez was spotted at The Flash's LA premiere.

Now, some of you may be thinking that it's the most random thing ever, or she could even be in the running for a future DCU project, but the rising actress is apparently good friends with Sasha Calle, the actress who plays Supergirl in the film and was there with friends to show their support.

When you think about it though, Gomez's red carpet appearance is befitting of her MCU character's multiverse-traversing powers so yeah, we're definitely okay with this one!

Meanwhile, Ezra used his appearance at The Flash's premiere as an opportunity to extend his gratitude to the folks who made the event possible. The actor even gave a special shoutout to DC Studios bosses James Gunn and Peter Safran "for your grace and discernment and care in the context of my life and in bringing this moment to fruition."

According to previous reports, both Gunn and Safran are very interested in working with Miller in the future, especially after his rehabilitation is completed. While there is no clear indication that they will continue playing Barry Allen in the new DCU, we'd like to think that The Flash's box office performance will also play a major factor in the studio's final decision.

DC's The Flash is hitting cinemas on Friday.
