Marvel TV President Says There Are More Shows Outside Daredevil and Others On The Way

Marvel fans were pretty devastated today when they heard the news that Netflix decided to cancel both The Punisher and Jessica Jones. While the streaming giant has completely axed all of its Marvel TV series, Jeph Loeb says that the network still has a lot of things in development.

Marvel TV President Jeph Loeb just recently spoke in an interview with Decider, and during his discussion with the publication, the TV executive says that fans shouldn't be worried about all the doom and gloom coming their way. According to Loeb new shows are getting produced by Marvel TV and while the network big wig refused to reveal any specifics about the upcoming projects, he certainly wanted fans to know that there was more to Marvel TV than Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, The Punisher, and Jessica Jones.

"In terms of the future," Loeb told Decider. "There are quite a few things that we can't talk about yet and when we start to, I think people will start to go ‘Oh, the restaurant wasn't closing. You just have a new menu because you have a fabulous new chef. Got it, I'll be there Thursday.'"

This little teaser comes right after the news that Marvel TV would help develop four different adult-oriented animated series for Hulu. The only question now is what this new shows might be and what network we'll be able to see them in.

Right now Marvel TV sill has Cloak and Dagger up on Freeform and Agents of SHIELD over at ABC.

The Punisher season 2 is available for streaming on Netflix.
