Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 was released back in 2017 but Marvel fans are still learning some new information about the film three years later. One detail that was recently revealed by director James Gunn was an f-bomb filled footage involving Baby Groot and Rocket, and since then, fans have been clamoring to see it.

Gunn recently revealed on Twitter that he has footage of Rocket flying away with Baby Groot. Rocket was irritated with Groot's language, saying that the adorable creature often says the word "f*ck." The director said they "animated it in post viz" which got the fans curious.

The revelation led to some fans jokingly writing to #ReleaseTheFBombCut, which is no doubt, a hashtag that has been seen recently with fans calling for the release of the director's cuts of their superhero films, like in Suicide Squad, and most common in Justice League. Check out some of the fans' tweets below!

That said, it is unlikely that Marvel and Disney will release this footage since the latter company avoids such profanity in their films. Though it may exist somewhere in Gunn's archives, it isn't likely that it'll see the light of day.

Nonetheless, it was a pretty interesting info, and certainly shows off more of Groot's personality as a younger version, who is seen as an adorable character, but actually has quite the opposite attitude, same with Rocket.

Rocket and Groot will return in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which is yet to have a release date.
