Marvel Confirms MCU Hulk as an Immortal Hero

Avengers: Endgame might have given a closing chapter to the stories of half of the original Avengers like Captain America (Chris Evans), Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), and Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson).

Now that Marvel is moving towards Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans are wondering what's going to become of the rest of the Avengers like Hawkeye and the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). Ever since his appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, fans have been speculating that Hulk may very well be an immortal Hero, making him one of the most terrifying aspects of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to a report by Comic Book Resources, fans got to see a glimpse of the Immortal Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok - a nickname for the Hulk after Bruce Banner relalized that he couldn't stay dead because he would make a vengeful return as the Hulk minutes after being sent to the afterlife.

Immortality has already been hinted in other Marvel movies before. In The Avengers released in 2012, Bruce confessed that at his lowest point he tried to shoot himself in the head. His suicide failed when he found Hulk spitting the bullet out.

While immortality might seem like a special trait for most, Comic Book Resources describes immortality to be a terrifying ability that puts Bruce Banner at risk.

Are we going to see Bruce deal with this immortality in Marvel's upcoming She-Hulk series? Let's wait and see.
