Mark Hamill Pays Tribute to Batman: The Animated Series Co-Star Kevin Conroy For No Reason at All

Happy birthday, Kevin Conroy. The man behind the legendary voice of the Caped Crusader celebrated his 64th birthday on Saturday, November 30. However, Mark Hamill just wanted to pay tribute to his Batman: The Animated Series co-star for no reason at all.

Hamill posted an awesome tribute to Conroy on his official Twitter account. Check it out below.

"SHOUT OUT to @RealKevinConroy for no particular reason other than being vengeance, being the night & for being the best partner a demented clown could ever hope for," Hamill wrote.

Conroy first provided the voice of Bruce Wayne/Batman in Batman: The Animated Series. Since then, he has appeared in several animated films like Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, and Batman: The Killing Joke. He is set to play the live-action version of his iconic character in The CW's upcoming Arrowverse crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Interestingly, fans have been begging The CW to cast Hamill as the live-action Joker opposite Conroy. After all, Hamill has already played the Trickster in The Flash and it wouldn't be difficult to explain his return considering that several multiverses exist in the Arrowverse. However, it looks like there will be no live-action reunion between Hamill and Conroy in Crisis on Infinite Earths.

Conroy will appear in the Crisis on Infinite Earths episode of Batwoman on December 9. Hamill's latest film Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will premiere on December 20.
