Major Avengers Reunion Rumored For This Year’s San Diego Comic-Con

Avengers: Endgame was Marvel's biggest film of the year. Not only did the film complete Joe and Anthony Russo's two-part Avengers movie, but it also served as a culmination of the last ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The film also brought a lot of heartache with it, closing the book on a few fan-favorite characters like Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Captain America (Chris Evans), and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).

Now, there are rumors that the Avengers cast may very well head down to this year's San Diego Comic-Con International for a reunion during the Russo brother's panel at the convention

According to a report by Deadline, there's been some talk that Marvel's Avengers actors may very well reunite for a short while at the 2019 SDCC. The reunion is expected to happen during the Russo Brothers panel at the convention.

Set for Friday, July 19, at 11 am, the panel with the Russo brothers is going to have the directors reflect on their most recent Marvel epic as well as discuss the new AGBO Studios. The rumor says that the Avengers cast could squeeze themselves in during the panel. If not during the Russo brother's little talk, then they also could pop up during the Marvel panel on Saturday night.

While this rumor remains largely unconfirmed, an Avengers reunion would be a fitting way for Marvel to return to this year's SDCC. After all, Marvel fans ought to be allowed to share one last moment with the original Avengers team before Marvel moves on with a new iteration of the Earth's greatest heroes.

Let's wait and see whether the Avengers cast really makes their way to the 2019 SDCC.
