Magic: The Gathering's first-ever Mythic Invitational is coming next month and it will feature the 32 players of the Magic Pro League and 32 other selected players invited for the $1-million event, and now, Wizards of the Coast have announced one of the players joining it: Caleb Durward.

The announcement came after MaferMTG dropped from the Mythic Invitational so Caleb is replacing her slot.

Durward burst onto the competitive Magic scene with a Top 8 finish at Grand Prix Columbus 2010. He has a solid reputation for building innovative decks with back-to-back Top 8 finishes back in 2012. Caleb is also a fan-favorite Magic Arena streamer who won the Twitch Rivals tournament last month.

The Mythic Invitational will take place on March 28-31 at PAX East. You can see the 56 out of the 64 players confirmed to play here.
