The fate of Tony Stark has been a hot topic for fans after the release of the Avengers: Endgame trailer. However, there is hope that Robert Downey Jr.'s character will survive after an Audi featurette revealed that Tony actually drives one of their cars in the film. Now a new leak might give us a glimpse at the new Iron Man Mark 85 armor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.
The leaked Endgame photo was shared on Twitter and features a blurry look at Captain America in the foreground. However, we can also spot Iron Man behind Steve Rogers and he appears to be wearing an awesome new armor. Check out the tweet below.
The new armor, dubbed Mark 85, has long been theorized to appear in Endgame. However, fans were uncertain about it after the trailer, which hinted at Tony actually not getting back to Earth following the events in Avengers: Infinity War. Interestingly, new theories have suggested that Rocket Raccoon will manage to bring Iron Man back in time to defeat Thanos in the fourth Avengers flick.
There is little doubt that there will be more of Downey in Endgame. After all, it is the Sherlock Holmes actor's final film in the MCU before his contract expires. It's still possible that Tony will play a major role in Avengers 4 just so Iron Man can be given a fitting goodbye. Perhaps the Mark 85 armor will help Tony ultimately save the galaxy this year.
Avengers: Endgame is scheduled for release on April 26.
