Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim are embroiled in a dating rumor after being spotted together at Sanrio Puroland theme park on a trip to Tokyo, Japan. So to stop the claims, the former's agency, Ascendio Reserve, has broken its silence about it.
On Sunday, March 26, Ascendio Reserve released an official statement to address the issue surrounding Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim.
The Real Score Between Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim
The actress' agency denied the claims that its talent and her, We Got Married co-star Song Jae Rim were dating in Tokyo.
"[The] dating rumor with Song Jae Rim is untrue," it said via AllKpop.
Rumors about the two began circulating when Song Jae Rim uploaded a photo taken at the theme park on his Instagram.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Kim So Eun shared a snap taken at the same place. Local Japanese fans also saw the two together, heightening the dating rumors more.
However, the agency later explained that the actress was in Japan with staff to complete filming the new K-drama Three Bold Siblings on KBS2.
As they have the same stylist, they just met by chance in Tokyo, and the three went together to Sanrio Puroland.
Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim in We Got Married
For starters, Kim So Eun and Song Jae Rim worked together in the hit MBC series, We Got Married in 2014. The two played the roles of a virtual couple who went through a number of challenges and tasks together.
Their acting was so effective, making their on-screen chemistry undeniable. They became instant fan favorites and earned the Best Couple Award at the MBC Entertainment Awards.

In 2019, Song Jae Rim talked about their much-lauded physical intimacy in the show on tvN's Life Bard.
The How to Be Thirty star revealed he was really close with Kim So Eu on the show and explained that their physical closeness was because they had the same goal in mind at the time.
"We had a friendship and a common goal: 'We need to [finish filming] and go home quickly. So, let's make enough material for the show and go,'" he explained, per Soompi.

"If there's anything that's bothering you, tell me. I'll adjust. Let's have fun," he told Kim So Eun. "We still have that kind of camaraderie with each other."
