There was trouble in paradise for Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom. However, the celebrity couple, who share a child together, was determined to be together.

Katy Perry And Orlando Bloom Sought Therapy

Perry and Bloom have been engaged for two years already but still haven't tied the knot. Their relationship reportedly hit a rut, and it stalled their marriage plans, Radar Online reported.

Bloom and Perry's career commitments were reportedly putting a strain on their romance since both have increasingly busy schedules. It reportedly became difficult for the pair to "balance work and family."

The Roar singer and the Lord of the Rings actor were keen on making things work for them. So, they reportedly sought others' opinions via therapy sessions which helped them realize that "if they were going to make it, they would have to compromise."

"Counseling helped, and made the way for them to get back to wedding planning," one insider said. "They both agree that counseling helped them see things from another perspective."

Perry showed her dedication to her fiance by allowing their 2-year-old daughter, Daisy, to join Bloom in Kentucky when he filmed Red Right Hand.

Meanwhile, Perry just returned to judging American Idol. She has also been busy with her residency in Las Vegas at the new Resorts World hotel, which kicked off in December 2021.

It wasn't clear if the problem was that worse to cause a split. However, one thing is certain — Bloom and Perry are still together.
