Kate Middleton has maintained her slim figure even after welcoming three kids. In a recent engagement, she was asked how she keeps herself fit.

Kate Middleton Shares Her Workout Routine With Kids

Middleton, the patron of the Rugby Football League, hosted a reception for the team at Hampton Court Palace Thursday following their big win in November's World Cup. It was England's first win since the competition started in 2008.

During the conversation, one of the athletes asked if she goes to the gym, People reported. The future queen said her workout is running after her children. She shares three kids with Prince William — Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis, 4.

"It's running around after the children," she said.

"I do it all, whenever I can squeeze in exercise I do, even jumping on the trampoline with my children before school."

Middleton does cardio and weights. She also works out daily without a personal trainer, Daily Mail previously reported.

Middleton reportedly doesn't take her parenting duties to get in the way of her workout.

"Kate finds the time to run as often as possible when in Norfolk, 'sometimes with Charlotte in her buggy and their dog Lupo at her side,'" an insider said of the Princess of Wales.

Kate Middleton Reportedly Has An Intense Workout Routine

Former rugby player Mike Tindall previously said that his dream rugby team would involve Middleton "because she loves running, she can run all day," Hello! magazine reported.

The outlet shared Middleton's workout routine, which reportedly includes running, weight lifting, cycling, rowing, yoga, and HIIT (high intensity interval training). It noted that Middleton's workout routine "isn't for the faint-hearted."

"The key to achieving a lean, toned body like the Duchess of Cambridge without bulking is to do several reps of low weights," said Juliana Leonardi, Senior Personal Trainer at David Lloyd Kensington.

"I definitely believe the Duchess of Cambridge weight trains. There are so many benefits to weight training, from making you leaner and stronger to improving your bone destiny, burning fat and helping with posture."
