Kanye West is facing backlash over his ruthless attacks towards Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson.

This week, the rapper dropped the official music video for “Eazy,” which features a Claymation version of West. In the clip, the Claymation version of the rapper is can be seen kidnapping a fake man’s head before putting a bag over it. And eagle-eyed netizens couldn’t help but notice the uncanny resemblance between Davidson and the beheaded figure.

West has been attacking Davidson throughout the past couple of months ever since he found out that the Saturday Night Live star is dating his ex-wife, Kardashian.

Pete Davidson’s Friends Praise Him Amid Kanye West’s Kidnapping Video

One of Davidson’s friends told Page Six that what West did was really scary. Since Davidson doesn’t have a social media account, for now, he might have only learned about West’s cryptic video from his family and friends.


Some celebrities also slammed West after seeing the video.

Nick Cannon said that he feels bad for Davidson. He also described Davidson as a delicate and loving person, while West is immature and disgusting.

Some fans also wondered who approved the video for release because it should’ve been screened before it was uploaded on social media.


Another person also compared West to Donald Trump.

“Kanye West decapitating Pete Davidson in his new music video is absolutely disgusting and pathetic. The man’s 44 and having a completely one-sided feud with this guy to this extreme, it’s vile and so uncomfortable to witness unfold. He needs to be de-platformed like Trump,” the fan said.

Other than the video, West has also been very vocal with his dislike for Davidson. On his Instagram account, he posted another offensive message to Davidson in response to what the comedian said on Saturday Night Live.



The rapper also uploaded a screenshot of Davidson’s SNL appearance where he talked about West’s mental health issues.

“You know how wrong about politics you have to be for, like, me to notice? Do you know how annoying that is? Like, Kanye is a genius but, like, a musical genius. Kanye, I know you’re like ‘Yo, this is the real me, I’m off the meds,’ but take [them]. There’s no shade in the medicine game,” Davidson said.

Kim Kardashian Shows Support For Pete Davidson

As of writing, Kardashian has not commented publicly on West’s offensive kidnapping video. But she showed her support for Davidson by liking a tweet praising her boyfriend.


The tweet was posted by director James Gunn.

“For the record, Pete Davidson is one of the nicest, sweetest guys I know. A truly generous, tender & funny spirit, he treats everyone around him with respect,” he wrote.
