It's safe to say that Zack Snyder is easily one of the most polarizing filmmakers in Hollywood but despite that, a lot of people still see the Justice League director as a visionary, and understandably so. And while he's best known for his work on several superhero and zombie flicks, as a filmmaker, Snyder still hopes to take on other genres in the future which aren't exactly part of his list of "expertise" and you wouldn't have guessed what projects he has in mind.
Speaking with The Telegraph, Snyder expressed his desire to helm projects from two separate film genres, one of which is a film centered on religion. Shockingly enough, the Watchmen director also said that he would like to do a pornographic film given the opportunity. He explains: "I've always wanted to make a religious film and a pornographic film, and I've never really yet had the chance to do either. Maybe if I could combine the two."
Zack later added that he may have already done a religious and pornographic film all at the same time with his iconic 2006 masterpiece 300. He continued: "Or maybe 300 is that film, in some sense, a little bit. Or at least a primer for what that film could be."
The idea of Snyder helming a porn project is quite unsettling when you think about it but if there's one thing we learned about him through the years, it's that he's pretty darn determined, and more often than not, he always ends up getting the job done one way or another. That's just how he rolls. Now, the real question is, will Zack Snyder's pornographic film be at least four hours long? Probably.
