Julia Roberts and George Clooney have been good friends after starring in multiple movies together. According to a report, the Midnight Sky star helped the Notting Hill actress with her marital woes.

Roberts and Moder have been married for 20 years already. However, their two-decade of marriage has reportedly been tested, and thanks to Clooney, they are still together, Radar Online reported.
"He had a gentle word with Julia and told her to go easy on Danny," an anonymous source told the outlet.
There was reportedly friction between the Pretty Woman star and her husband due to her demanding film schedule. Moder reportedly preferred to keep a low profile and surf instead of joining his wife on her red-carpet events.
"It's known among their friends that 2022 has been a tough year," the source added. "It's thanks to good friends like George that they're back on track."
"Julia puts on a brave face, but for months their friends have been openly talking about them spending less time together," a source close to the couple said, adding that Roberts and Moder never discussed splitting despite their alleged marital crisis.
According to the insider, Roberts and Moder are devoted parents to their three children — 18-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and 15-year-old son Henry — and they still have a lot of love for each other. The couple met when Moder was working as a cinematographer in 2001's The Mexican.
Moder "a surfer dude at heart who doesn't much care for being Julia's arm candy. He's not into the spotlight and all that B.S., and she's given up trying to change his mind," the source added.
One should take the report about Roberts and Moder's rocky marriage because there seems to be no evidence supporting the claim.
In February, she shared a snap of her husband holding a surfing board to mark his special day. In the caption, she wrote, "Happy Everything 🎂🎁⚡️ you make my world go round 🧡 #131." In the same month, she commemorated Valentine's Day by sharing a snap of them kissing each other.

Clooney and Roberts have worked together in multiple movies, including Money Monster, Ocean's Eleven, Oceans Twelve, Ocean's Thirteen, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Clooney also produced August: Osage County, which starred Roberts alongside Meryl Streep, Ewan McGregor, Chris Cooper and more.
They recently reunited in the romantic-comedy movie Ticket to Paradise. In an interview with The New York Times, promoting their film, where they play the role of a divorced couple, Roberts acknowledged the rumors linking them to each other.
"Half of America probably thinks we are divorced, so we have that going for us," Roberts joked.

As they joked about the non-stop romantic rumors about them, Clooney admitted that he has always been drawn to Roberts for many reasons.
"I'm always been drawn to Julia, for a lot of reasons," Clooney said.
"One of them is that she has forever been a proper movie star but she's totally willing to not take herself seriously, and that makes such a difference in life because we've spent a lot of time together. She's also a really gifted actress. She works really hard but you never see her sweat, and it's the quality I appreciate most in my favorite actors, like Spencer Tracy."
