Power Book II: Ghost Season 3 Episode 9 surprised everyone with the sudden return of Tommy (Joseph Sikora).
The original Power star then talked about his major comeback, hinting that his character never forgets.
Tommy’s former family and current foes Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) and Tasha (Naturi Naughton), should’ve seen his return coming. So, what chaos he’s about to bring in Ghost Season 3?
Power Book II: Ghost Season 3 Episode 9 Recap
In the penultimate episode, Cooper Saxe (Shane Johnson) sent numerous letters to ensure Tariq would go down if he died.
At the end of the episode, Tariq realized his mother, Tasha, and Yaz were in danger, so he rushed to where they were living in protective custody.
However, Tommy got there first, so Tariq stepped in between his mom and his so-called uncle to protect her from his gun.

Tommy declared he was there to avenge the death of his fiancée, LaKeisha (La La Anthony), against Tasha.
Tariq wouldn’t let it happen, and things turned sour when he was punched in the head, leaving him knocked out.
He then woke up at the hospital with both Tommy and Tasha missing.
Joseph Sikora Reveals Why Tommy Returns
In an interview with TVLine, the 46-year-old teased his character “doesn’t forget, nor does he really forgive.”
“I mean, he has a hard time with both of those things,” he continued. “But I feel like Tommy’s smart enough to know that it usually ‘forgetting’ means you gotta tie up these loose ends.”

Sikora confirmed that the previous episode’s recent turn of events happened shortly after the Force Season 1 finale.
“As anybody knows, as soon as you get off [Interstate] 90 and turn onto [Interstate] 80, it’s about a 10.5-hour straight shot to New York,” he added.

“So, when Tommy got word of Tasha’s whereabouts, he could’ve been like, ‘I got that news, I gotta do it now.’ Put it on pause. Tell Diamond to keep his nose clean and stay on the straight and narrow, to handle business and go do this,” he went on. “We understand what a priority the St. Patricks are, whether it’s to help them, needing them, loving them or to kill them. I mean, they are Tommy’s world, right?”
