We are already halfway in, and viewers are still enthralled by the Kdrama Joseon Attorney due to its spectacular scenes and intriguing plot.
Currently airing on MBC, starring VIXX leader Cha Hak-yeon, WJSN Bona, and Woo Do Hwan, the series tells the story of an outsider lawyer who takes revenge by trial on a person responsible for his parents' deaths. Although he started working on it out of revenge, the drama will portray the growth of the main character, who is gradually becoming a real lawyer who works for the people.
Joseon Attorney Episode 8 aired on April 22, 2023. The episode received a nationwide viewership rating of 4.4%, which was a 0.6% increase in ratings compared to the previous episode.

Joseon Attorney Episode 8 sees Woo Do Hwan discover another way to continue his plans of revenge against the people involved in his parents’ deaths.
Assassins hired by Lord Chu attacked Han-Soo and Yeon-Joo, but fortunately Yoon arrived to save them. Although injured from the ambush, Han-Soo did not let the incident halt him from responding to Lord Chu’s warning.
Back at Sowongak, Han-Soo and Yeon-Joo expressed their feelings to each other. Han-Soo asked for Yeon-Joo's hand for marriage and requested that she wait for him. Yeon-Joo wanted to also confess about her involvement in Han-Soo’s parents’ deaths but chose to do so after the case was solved.

Woo Do Hwan doesn’t give up on a case in Joseon Attorney Episode 8
Lee Bong-Sam was terribly injured due to the torture he experienced while in jail. He thought that if he confessed that he killed Chil-Gu, his family would be free from humiliation and burden. The case went in an unexpected direction because of this.
Han-Soo didn’t want to give up on the case, especially after seeing how Yong was determined to live as his father’s son instead of accepting the bribe and being a nobleman. Thankfully, Lee Bong-Sam changed his mind when he learned about what his wife and son have done for him.
It was only a matter of time before the retrial began; however, Lee Bong-Sam was poisoned, and the retrial was canceled. Han-Soo thought it was absolutely impossible to face a higher official, but because of what Yeon-Joo said, he suddenly had an idea.

Woo Do Hwan wins another impossible case in Joseon Attorney Episode 8
Ji-Sun met with Dae-Sung and said that Han-Soo had discovered evidence that would prove him to be the culprit in the murder of Chil-Gu. Filled with anger, Dae-Sung rushed to where Han-Soo was and even confessed unconsciously about the crime he committed. All these events were witnessed by other officials of the government.
Eventually, Dae-Sung confessed to his crime and was executed. Lord Chu was so devastated after witnessing his son’s execution that he did not hesitate to visit the executive minister and question his abandonment.
Executive Minister Yoo clearly abandoned his subordinate so he could save his own face. He visited Lord Chu, who was shedding tears in front of his son’s tomb and ended his life right there and then.

Meanwhile, the whereabouts of Han-Soo’s younger sister, Eun-Soo, were revealed. And it turned out that she is acquainted with Executive Minister Yoo.
