We might not be getting any real conventions this year but fans can still get a chance to see their favorite Star Trek legends taking part in GalaxyCon. The stars, who will be lead by Star Trek: Picard actor Jonathan Frakes, have been confirmed to join the online convention this weekend.
According to Nerds and Beyond, GalaxyCon Live will consist of free live streams, Q&As, and personalized autographs and videos. In addition to that, there will be one-on-one video chats with the stars. The latest GalaxyCon Live line-up will now feature some of the cast from Star Trek: Enterprise, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Star Trek: Voyager.
Frakes is one of the first stars who will take part in a live stream Q&A and one-on-one chats on Saturday, June 13. In addition to Frakes, fans will also get to see Denise Crosby and John de Lancie. On June 14, John Billingsley, Connor Trinneer, Dominic Keating will take part in a live stream Q&A.
Next weekend, fans can look forward to a live stream Q&A and one-on-one chats with Brent Spiner, Gates McFadden, LeVar Burton on Saturday, June 20. The fun continues on Thursday, June 25 as Robert Picardo, Tim Russ, and Garrett Wang will be available for a live stream Q&A and one-on-one chats.
GalaxyCon is supposed to be held in Raleigh, North Carolina this year. Although a physical convention will not be happening this year due to the coronavirus outbreak, it's awesome to know that this hasn't stopped organizers from finding a way to continue with the event.
