JoJo characters have always been a fashionable bunch, so it’s no surprise that the series has inspired another line. This time, the new JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and JEANASIS fashion collab takes inspiration from Stone Ocean and Jolyne Cujoh.
Take note that this is not like your typical anime fashion collab where images from the anime are printed on apparel. Instead, the items in the collection are fashionable pieces that even non-anime fans can appreciate.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean’s New Collab Is a Bit Different
The most typical anime fashion collaboration consists of graphic tees. This is the case with the widely released Uniqlo collabs with shows such as Spy x Family and Makoto Shinkai movies.
A step above these are collabs that recreate actual clothes worn by anime characters. An example of this is the recent Jujutsu Kaisen fashion line which features a recreation of Yuji Itadori’s red hoodie.
The new JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure x JEANASIS collab sets itself apart by featuring clothes that don’t aim to recreate Jolyne’s wardrobe. Instead, the collection is inspired by the aesthetic of Stone Ocean and its characters.
In a way, this is similar to some of the high fashion anime collabs, including the Studio Ghibli x Loewe collab earlier this year.
Anime fans (and their wallets) will breathe a sigh of relief though as the pieces in this collection don’t have sky-high prices. However, they’re still more expensive than a typical anime tee.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean x JEANASIS Fashion Collab to Release in Late September
This JEANASIS collection features seven pieces, all of which are womenswear tops. The theme of the collection is cool and masculine but with a feminine core – a perfect summation of Jolyne’s style.
Wearing these won’t let you recreate Jolyne Cujoh's signature outfit, but they do perfectly capture her style from the anime and the manga.
For the most Jolyne-like outfit though, the knit pullover in yellow is the best bet.
The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean x JEANASIS collab will be released in Japan on September 29, 2023. This collab’s pieces are priced between JPY 6,600 to 8,250 (around USD 44 to 56).
Currently, there’s no word yet on any international release plans for this JoJo collection. But based on anime collabs like these, chances are that this collection will remain Japan-only.
