Joel Kinnaman Looks Killer As Spider-Man Villain Kraven The Hunter in Brand New Image

There's been a lot of talk about Spider-Man 3 the past few days. Though Marvel has yet to offer official updates to its third Spider-Man movie, there have been quite a number of interesting rumors circulating online. Not only have there been leaks saying that the film is going to be titled Spider-Man: Homesick, but there has also been talk saying that the lead villains of the movie would be Mac Gargan/Scorpion (Micheal Mando) and Kraven the Hunter.

In addition to those rumors, there have been reports saying that Marvel Studios is interested in casting stars like The Suicide Squad actor Joel Kinnaman for the role of Kraven. Now, to help give fans an idea of what Marvel's Kraven the Hunter might look like, concept artist Jackson Caspersz has decided to share fan art of the actor as the Spider-Man villain.

"Rumor is, Marvel Studios wants a Joel Kinnaman type for a role in the upcoming Spider-man movie. I think he could look pretty dope as Kraven. What do you guys think?," Caspersz asks in a post on Instagram.

It's clear that Carsperz integrated Kinnaman's look in the Suicide Squad into the art piece. We have to say though, it's really fitting. The actor's gruff look really does suit the character. It would be interesting if ever Marvel were to decide to hire Kinnaman for the role instead of an actor who looks like him. Unfortunately, seeing how Kinnaman is set to return in James Gunn's reboot movie The Suicide Squad, the odds seem pretty slim.

Spider-Man 3 is set to premiere in cinemas on December 17, 2021.
